I’ve locked myself up in my bedroom, just me, the music and the muses.  Now I’m ready to share with you all!  Come find me this week!*indicates class at The Breathing Room, **indicates class at The Dance Complex

MON 1.21 krtajna yoga 1:30 – 2:30p ~ deep breath work + deep core strengthening + vinyasa basics = an hour of rock solid bliss*

MON 1.21 inner truth meditation 7 – 7:30p ~ guided meditation to get you connected to your inner truth.  it’s intuition training, but like, on clouds.*

MON 1.21 open space 8:30 – 9:30p ~ drop by for a free hour!  my plan is to warm you from the inside, challenge you to some core strength love, then play with phrases for a few showings coming up next month by the sinner sluts from a new piece called Envy.**

TUES 1.22 movement lab 6 – 7:30p ~ FREE MOVEMENT, FREE FOR ALL until March 2013.  This is a structured improv, movement game, partnering fun, story-telling, contact class.  I LIVE for this.  Come check it out because you have NOTHING to lose and only freedom to gain.**

TUES 1.22 yoga for dancers 8:30 – 10p ~ dancers work so hard.  come into the studio and rest your beautiful, bad-ass bodies with deep breathing, succulent stretching and serious self-lovin.*

WED 1.23 krtajna yoga 1:30 – 2:30p ~ deep breath work + deep core strengthening + vinyasa basics = an hour of rock solid bliss*

THURS 1.24 inner truth yoga 5:45 – 7:15p ~ get real quiet, get real still and get real tuned in to your incredible inner truth.*

FRI 1.25 krtajna yoga 1:30 – 2:30p ~ deep breath work + deep core strengthening + vinyasa basics = an hour of rock solid bliss*

FRI 1.25 open space/company rehearsal 3 – 6p ~ the sinner sluts  return to the studio to rehearse for Envy.  Join them in this open space/company rehearsal.  I run it like a regular class for the first part, then go into learning some crazy choreography from my magic-obsessed imagination.**

SAT 1.26 krtajna yoga 10 – 11a ~ deep breath work + deep core strengthening + vinyasa basics = an hour of rock solid bliss*this week only!!
