I've been teaching dance since I was 13 years old. My ballet teacher anointed me a teacher at a very young age, and I am blessed to have spent my lifetime working with people of all ages from classroom to home to studio. What I have seen and learned is that each of us is made of a divine spark. Martha Graham said, “There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep yourself open and aware to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open.”

Meet THE WOUNDED HEALER in me has seen and lived trauma that you wouldn't believe, but the spirit of resilience, peace and joy have always prevailed. From liberating yourself from toxic traumatic relationships to experiencing the gift of transmuting mental, emotional or physical pain into triumph, my background and upbringing in Taoist culture and my graduate studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Because I also started teaching and working with people at the age of 13, my experience along with the gift of emotional intelligence and intuition has given me the grace to help a lot of women out of a lot of dark times. They call me THE WOUNDED HEALER because my expertise comes from not only from the school of life and actual graduate studies in medicine with both a western and eastern foundation, but from personal experience of turning to the spiritual and the divine to rise above life's hardest obstacles. It would be my honor to be your  guide through your healing journey.

My ballet teacher, Irene Merrill, took me aside one day and told me that I have the soul of a teacher. She then handed my first dance class to teach at the age of 13 since I was hanging around the conservatory anyway just watching, and I fell in love. From there, every dance class I taught at every studio across the nation and around the world was handed to me through word of mouth. I never looked for or applied for a job teaching dance a day in my life and more importantly, I loved every single moment of it. This naturally led me to moms who saw that their babies and children felt safe with me, and not only that, who saw that they were learning more optimally under my care and supervision which in turn led me down an "accidental" effortless path of being Boston's highest paid nanny, tutor and being called "THE TINY HUMAN WHISPERER." 25+ years of experience with a natural gift for connecting to the inner child within us has given me a breadth of knowledge and wisdom that I am ready to share with you.
